ABOUT THIS WINE

Crystal-clear, pink-gold hue. The nose opens with the freshness of citrus fruit (pomelo, bergamot) then reveals elegant floral notes mingled with yellow peach and mango. The wine fresh and silky on entry and then grows on the palate revealing aromas of kumquat and a mineral character that lead to a lingering and delicately spicy finish.

Refreshing rosé from Provence

Drinking a rosé from Provence always brings back happy memories of sitting in Aix on a hot summer day. This wine should be properly chilled and then taken out of the ice bucket as you drink it, assuming there are a few friends sharing it. The bouquet is of citrus fruits with a palate of peaches, apricots and grapefruit. As it opens up, it the fruit tastes sweeten and are long lasting.
