Tasting Notes:
The 2014 La Linterna Malbec Finca El Tomillo, Parcela #5 Gualtallary was cropped from a warm and dry year that resulted in ripe wines, and this has 14.6% alcohol, while it keeps the higher acidity from Gualtallary. There are some developed aromas, hints of underbrush and a touch of leather. The tannins are fine-grained, and it finishes dry, combining some tannins with some chalky minerality. 9,462 bottles produced.
Tasting Notes:
Lots of graphite and dark fruit to this wine including blackberries and blueberries. Full body, yet so round and soft textured. Long and flavored finish. Delicious and soft now.
