The 2011 Chardonnay opens with aromas of ripe apricots, apple-pie filling and clotted cream with nuances of clover honey and cashews. Medium-bodied, it fills the palate with stone fruit and allspice flavors supported by lively acidity through the long, silken textured finish. Drink it now to 2017+.

Typical of Margaret River at its best, elegant and fine, complex and long; nectarine, white peach and pink grapefruit are gracefully supported by barrel-fermented French oak (part new), the finish long and fresh.
